Requirements

3+ years proven experience in Full Stack Engineering
Experience with .NET, Java, Python, Node.js
Proficiency in AWS and Azure cloud platforms
Knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and open-source geospatial tools
Ability to design and build scalable software solutions with spatial analysis
Experience in agile environments delivering enterprise-scale services

Responsibilities

Design, build, and continually improve software, infrastructure, and deployment pipelines ensuring robustness and scalability, including geospatial data, GIS platforms, and open-source mapping technologies
Work closely with Senior and Lead Engineers, Delivery Managers, and colleagues in User-Centred Design and Data Science to shape designs and deliver against agreed plans
Follow established approaches, provide accurate technical estimates, and escalate risks or issues where required
Present prototypes, solutions, and progress updates clearly to stakeholders
Build strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues, clients, and partner organisations
Develop full-stack applications integrating GIS for public sector digital transformation projects
