About this role
Fyfe is an Australian professional project services consultancy delivering value through integrated engineering, environmental, planning and surveying. The National Environment group is expanding and seeks an Environmental Scientist or Engineer for the Adelaide office. This role supports growth in contamination investigations and remediation projects.
You will primarily be involved in fieldwork, reporting and project management aspects of multiple concurrent contamination investigations and remediation projects of varying size and complexity. Supported by a team of professional environmental specialists, opportunities exist for graduates and those with a few years of relevant experience. The role includes travel to metropolitan and remote areas when required.

Requirements
- Tertiary degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Environmental Management, or related qualification
- 0-5 years working experience
- Interest or experience in contaminated land projects
- Interest in erosion and sediment control
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- General Construction Induction Card (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Conduct fieldwork for contamination investigations
- Prepare reports for remediation projects
- Manage multiple concurrent projects of varying size and complexity
- Travel to metropolitan and remote areas when required
- Support contaminated land assessment and remediation activities
- Apply knowledge of erosion and sediment control measures
